Alienware m17x
Hey guys, I was looking at a few reviews of the Alienware m17x, and a lot of people complained about certain issues. I was looking to get one, but I would like to know if you guys had any opinions on it. I am looking to get a high end gaming laptop. My budget is $2,000 to $2,400. It doesn't have to be Alienware, but I do want a reliable and well made laptop.

Re: Alienware m17x
hey man,
I bought a msigt780 with i72630QM 2.00 GHz @ 2.9GHz (turbo mode), gtx560m, 12gb ram. now I am sure that laptops arent playable. ofc is good laptop and I can play bf3 on it on pretty high quality ... but for now laptops are still laptops nothing more... buy some cheap laptop if you really need it and from the rest of money go buy desktop for games. if you need some more information about how it works 'laptops for games' write here I will tell you and I will try explain it to you as much as I can ![]() in shortcut: plus of gaming laptops: +you have got gaming laptop minus of gaming laptops: -weight -efficiency -battery life (my msi gt780 ~3hours, msi was telling me ~5hours... :P) -loud -money. they are not worthy of the price Ofc all this "plus" and "minus" are my own opinion but I guess that opionio someone whos got gaming laptop is more worthy that any notes/leaflet. Bestregards eny. Last edited by eny; Feb 21, 2012 at 09:32 AM. |
