inspiron 3500 upgrade

i have a dell inspiron 3500 and i was wondering if it was possible to upgrad my crappy 333Mhz p2 i was wondering if it was possible and how i would go about doing it

also can i upgrade my vid card? its soooooooooo crappy its only 2megs

I have a similar Dell inpsiron 3500 with an even crappier celeron 400 cpu.
Dell are totally useless in giving advice.
If u do find a good site for modding/ upgrading notebooks please post.
