inspirion 3500 A14 bios problem

everytime i boot i get this message from the bios... how do i fix it?

"The amount of system memory has changed or the suspend to disk file is absent" how do i fix that?(i upgrade dmy memory awhile ago)

Was the last time you shut it off a hybernation or a real shutdown?

i never hybernate... i always shutdown for real tho
