Mobility Radeon M6

I've got Compaq Presario 1700EA with VGA card RAdeon Mobility M6.
When I connected it to TV tuner throuhg S-Video port I recieved a bad quality picture.
I thing it happens because of Windows XP or VGA card's driver. In TV Tuner missing Israel setting.
Please help me.

bad quality as in: black and white and very fuzzy ?
- Either you connected the laptop a S-VHS cable and you television doesn't support S-VHS
Use a composite cable instead
- The format is wrong (NTCS instead of PAL)
As you said; there's no setting for Isreal...so instead of "select by location" , find out which format is in use in Israel (your tv will most probably use the same format) and use "select by format". (NTCS, PAL A, B etc etc)
