SoftMod, Can it be Done?

Hiya,

Is it possible to SoftMod your laptop graphics card? I know that OmegaDrivers have softmods in them but its not the same as SoftMods which are made for paticular cards.

I have a Radeon Mobility 9700 128MB and Im wondering if this is possible as I dont want to oc.

Any ideas?
