Mobility modder and ATI catalyst 4.10 problem

I have patched the 4.10 catalyst with the modder as stated in the instructions and all necessary files are reported as patched. However, when I try to install the mod drivers I still get the "unable to find components" error. I have recently installed these drivers on another comp with no problems. Does anyone have suggestions???

Compaq R3000
P4 3.0ghz
ATI mobility radeon 9000 128mb
512 RAM

I had a similiar problem with my ati mobility 9600 so I just dont use the modder patch, and I cant use the omega drivers either. better just to use the factory software because the patch is unreliable.

I had the same problems too with catalyst 4.10, but it does work with 4.7 and 4.8. Problem there is that the latest games won't work with 4.7/4.8 because of directx9.0c problems. And then I found the omega drivers and they work just fine. Mobility radeon 9000 here btw.

patje (modder author) is working on new version wich should be compatibile with catalyst 4.9 & 4.10... Meanwhile try to use beta 8.07 driver, modder works well with this version...
