I got a new laptop and need a little advise please.......

What laptop software should I have?Anything special?This is NOT a DOOM3 playing machine,it's a Sony Vaio "T" series with the 10.6" display and it's tiny,so I really dont need any "power" apps......Thanks guys!

what do you want to do with it.. all the drivers and mods should be on the manfactures website...any other software is up to you,, im guessin you only got a 30 or 40 gig hard drive so space is limited, all depends on what you use it for....

I would get a good virus program, firewall, and some spyware protection. I also use O&O defrag to keep my drive running at tip top shape. Try Mozilla FireFox as a new browser. Other that that, check out http://fileforum.betanews.com/ or http://www.majorgeeks.com/ for other apps.
