I have a hp zv5340 notebook with an AMD 3400 processor & an nVIDIA GeFORCE 4 440 GO! GPU.Wht cant I download the newest nVIDIA drivers for this GPU?????.......Thanks!

you're supposed to go back to your original vendor for drivers, but you can try these guys:
