Badly Need Help! Omega Disaster! Please!

I tried to install the omega driver for my Toshiba Satellite laptop with an ATI 7000 mobility video chip. It prompted me to restart my computer, which I did and got the blue screen of death. I then restarted in safe mode, except I CAN'T UNINSTALL OMEGA. AND I CAN'T REINSTALL ORIGINAL DRIVERS. I am getting all kinds of horrible messages like "cannot find setup.ini", or can't be modified in safe mode. But I can't get out of safe mode, because it crashes. I have no idea what to do and need my computer working again. If any of you have any killer ideas as to how I can somehow get any drivers working from within safe mode, please tell me. Please.... anything.

use driver cleaner, then try using mobility mod instead.

I ran driver cleaner. Now I can't even boot into safe mode. It lets me choose the mode then it goes blue screen then restarts. Sometimes it just has a black screen now and doesn't do anything. Is it time to ship it in?
