Overclocking?

Hi again guys. Well, i want to ask what is over clocking and how to do it. actually i dont want to do it, so i want to know how to do it so that i dont do it. is it by installing the omega drives, it means that we r overclocking our video cards? and i want to know which one is more safer, by using the mobility modder or omega drivers. Thank you guys. really appreciate ur help.

just installing omega drivers will not overclock your card.

they are both about the same, but omegas are tweaked for better performance.
