.vob as in "I copied this file off of a DVD movie" .vob?
I don't quite think this belongs in the laptop forum, but whatever, haha. Um... you could try virtualdub... or maybe vlc, although neither are a very good way to do it. You'd be best off compressing those down to .mpg's or divx'd .avi's. Oh, and you shouldn't steal movies.

PowerDVD/WinDVD are also able to play IFO/VOB files
and yes, stealing movies is bad (especially for MPAA )
