RADEON IGP 345M Chipset drivers

Hi, I'm new.
I was wondering if someone could please help me with a question I have.

I have a RADEON™ IGP 345M Chipset in my Sony Vaio laptop and I no longer have the drivers for it that came with the system as my friend formatted the hard drive (I also don't have the CDs that came with it either).
I've been trying to find drivers for the RADEON™ IGP 345M Chipset for quite a while, but I'm very new to all this so I've not succeeded. So I thought I'd politely ask you guys/girls.

have you tried going to the vaio site? in their support section they have original and updated drivers. now if you need more functionality than what the factory drivers provide then this place is where you go to get better drivers.
