wuxga (1920X1200) trouble with viewing internet
Hiya,
I have a lap top with 1920 X 1200 screen, but at that resolution Im having a lot of trouble with viewing internet pages. Icons blurry, and most jpegs are blurry as well. I cant find a setting anywhere to smooth edges or anything. Im wondering if my resolution is too high to be recognized? I wish i could explain it better, but this is a new one one me. My last laptops high resolution was 1450X something i think but this was never a problem. the best example I can give is if you were to go to msn.com and look at all the pictures on the site and the msn logo, they would all be very blocky/blurry... Any help would be appreciated, thanks |

check the documentation on the recommended resolution
try reducing it a few steps to see if icons are clearer EDIT: also update to the latest graphics card drivers if you can

Just incase anyone else has this problem. Dell has a scaling utility that allows you to change the icons and pictures in ie to be normal size. I didnt try the large size ones. But using this to change to normal has fixed my issues =)
Thanks for the reply |
