AW BIOS help..PLEASE

HI, I am hoping someone here can help me get a newer BIOS for my Alienware 5620 notebook (same as the Clevo 2600).
I am currently using the original BIOS that it shiped with. I have never had a problem with it, so I have never bothered to flash it.
But I have been seeing alot of these laptops poping up with specs that show that thier 5620 is running a Hyperthreaded P4. So, I switched out my CPU for a 2.8 HT P4, and I still don't have the HT enabled and there is nowhere in the current BIOS to enable it.
I am hoping that a BIOS upgrade will fix this. I have searched all over the place for 3 days now trying to find a BIOS to download, and I obviously am having no luck. Thus my comming here and asking for help.
Please, any links or even help in pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

How old is your laptop? Computer companys somtimes update the whole thing and just leave the name so a bios update might not help
