That is such a gem. I think I'm going to save this quote for my fellow Linux buddies. The truth about Geek Squad is that like any other insurance/warranty company, they will try to weasel out of doing anything for you because it does not bring them any profit (unless they can stick a premium upgrade or "service"). Best Buy articles have been in Slashdot more than usual recently.
