I asked a similar question before, but I have since found out some more info so I can now be more specific. This is with RedHat 7.3 kernel 2.4.18-10.
I want to masquerade 2 nics with completely different networks. right now I have it working with eth1 as 192.168.1.1 & eth2 as 192.168.2.128. I would like to change eth2 to 172.16.X.X or 10.0.X.X. As I understand it, the default masq with 2.4 iptables is 192.168.X.X. How do I tell it to use a different private address range for ethx? TIA
