Partitioning...

I was wondering how to partition the space for Linux partition. I would like to have the OS that I could reinstall without losing my personal data (such as My Documents in Windows) and without needing to reinstall games I install (if it's possible). Would it be good to partition it this way:
/home - 60 GB
/usr/local/games - 10 GB (should be OK considering how many games I have for Linux, and considering the fact that I can't get a single Win32 game working over Wine)
/ - the remaining size - how much should it be at least?
Also:
1) Should I have /boot partition? How big?
2) How big should swap partition be?
3) What filesystem should I use (reiserfs or ext3)?

Uh - I just have 100 meg for boot, 1 gig for swap and 25% of the rest for / which means I can keep a backup of / in another 25% partition (I backup around once a month)

The rest of the disk is for XP and gaming (although I play Doom3 and ET in Linux)

Probably easier to deal in %'s as disks these days are massive and unless you're a big time downloader you won't fill it in quite some time!
