Ok, I followed the instructions at ATI's site for installing these drivers. Beinga total newbie to linux I must not have done it right because my hardware is still listed as Radeon QL. Still using the default REd Hat Radeon 8500 driver.

How exactly do i gt this drivr to install and work correctly?

Any new drivers?

Are there any new drivers then this? These are very old and I can't play UT2003 with them.

Although this topic is very out of date, I feel compelled to note that you really must read the install docs in order to succeed, and that the current ATI binary drivers work fine on PBA cards, not just BBA ones.
