ati 200m express suse 9.3 64 bit help
I need some help getting my ATI 200m working on SUSE linux. I had no luck with it so far. I have also looked through this forum and I am still stuck. Let me know if someone can give me step by step advice. I am a noob ill admit it

What have you done/tried so far? Which drivers are you installing? Provided by SuSE or by ATI?
Have you seen the README from here? I am not sure 200m works properly with 64-bit Linux, I do not believe it does actually.

If you cannot get the ATI driver to work, then use the open source DRI drivers- you can download a binary snapshot here.
http://dri.freedesktop.org/wiki/Download HINT: The open source ones work fine on my 340M
