Enabling SPDIF -- beginner
Hi there,
I just installed the kX audio driver on my Hackintosh. And I do indeed get analog sound out of my Soundblaster Live! Value. Now I would like to enable SPDIF output #0 (which is connected to a Geforce graphics card -> HDMI). How do I do that? I am probably a moron but the only config tools I found are kxctrl and edspctrl, which spits out lots of numbers.... but I didn't find any documentation whatsoever. Is there a graphical config tool that I missed? What do I need to do? thx, Sebastian |

Re: Enabling SPDIF -- beginner
by default (at least on windows) SPDIF output *should* be working without any driver settings - may be a bit different on OS X, but try using the other available outputs
