Trying to get SBLive! to work
Hey all,
I am a noob at the kX Project, so I don't even know if what I want to do is possible. I have an SBLive! external USB sound card. I am trying to use it for the audio in and audio out for my iMac (Snow Leopard). When I plug in the SBLive! I can see it under System Preferences > Audio. I can choose it as my input and my output. However, I am not able to hear anything out of it, and the "line in" is EXTREMELY soft. I even went into the Audio MIDI Setup (was able to change some settings in there to make it work pre-Snow Leopard), but still doesn't work. I have downloaded and installed "kXAudioDriver-1.11b0.dmg" but didn't notice a difference (IE: problems were the same before and after). What next? Am I doing something wrong, will this even help me? Thanks! Matthew |

kX does not support any USB cards.
(see kX Project: Knowledgebase: kX Soundblaster Compatibility List)
