this is related to the Combat Arms skin... in a way...

my question is, how can i make CosmoHeaven my default skin...? it seems that every time i log in the new default skin appears, fist it was the Intel skin, now it's Combat Arms. how can i change that, so that every time i log in, the CosmoHeaven skin appears.
