Is my Grahpic Card damaged?

Hi There!
I got an Compaq Evo N620c Notebook with an ATi Radeon Mobility 7500 32MB ...

Well, with Patje Modder and Catalyst 6.2 everythink works fine.

But, I can't use the 6.3 and 6.4 now ... When i try to install them, i get "Zero Display Service Error" ... but after an restart i can use them. Games like Track Mania or 3DMark work fine!

But Games like C&C Generals do NOT work ... I just get an Blue Screen on ati3duag.dll ...

So what is this? Why i can use 6.3 oder 6.4? And what is "Zero Display Service Error" ?

Is patje modder the fault ?
