...help me!

Hi all
I would like to connect my laptop to the tv in component mode.
My laptot is Acer Travelmate WLMI 4001 ATI Mobility Radeon 9700.

Any idea if my laptop can output YPbPr at all or will I need a transcoder? On my laptop only Vga/svideo outputs (no dvi), older drivers (acer has not released catalyst drivers yet).

Anywhere has tried the dongle VGA to Component from ATI with this laptop?
Can I to buy it?

P.S.
Sorry for my bad english. I am italian!
Thanks

Hi,

You can buy A S-video to composite cable on the internet(i.e. http://www.conrad.com/) or make one yourself.

Works excellent on my acer travelmate 800

I want component output (YPbPr ).... s-video work fine, but I need a component out.
I find an adapter vga to component in ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.it/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...%3AIT%3A1&rd=1
the question is: work it with my laptop?
