ATI MOBILITY RADEON 9700 Drivers

I have a "ATI MOBILITY RADEON 9700" graphics card in my Dell XPS Laptop and I'm having trouble finding driver updates for it (I can't find any at all, auctually). Can someone point me in the right direction? I'm upgrading because one of my games freezes in less than one minute after starting and I think it's a driver-related problem as I think my drivers are pretty old.

Once again, it's a "ATI MOBILITY RADEON 9700".

Thanks!

[And an edit: I downloaded a verification software here "https://support.ati.com/ics/support/KBAnswer.asp?questionID=19546", and it said "Thank you for your interest in CATALYST. Unforunately, this software update cannot be installed on your system. Please contact your notebook manufacturer for driver upddates." Any ideas?]

First up, welcome to the forums!

ok, here's what you do:

- Download the official ATI Radeon drivers from their website. After that, start the installation process, but cancel the install right after the drivers extract (this will be when the ATI installer starts).

- Download the Patje's DriverHeaven Mobility Modder Tool from HERE. Run the tool, and let the modder do it's job. At the end it will ask you if you would like to install the drivers. Choose to do so, and you're all set.
