problem with openGL . Help

I run some test opengl programs on my laptop. (IBM thinkpad T41, ATI Mobility Radeon 9000)

Program crashed, say " ... ATIOGLX1.DLL , access violation ...."

I updated my driver from IBM, but problem is still there. From Internet, I know it may be caused my some buy in driver, some web sites suggest to use old driver. But I can't find old driver for my vedio card.

Any idea or suggestion ?
