Make External Monitor Primary

Greetings,
The short version of the question...

Can I make the external monitor, the primary monitor?

Now some of the minor details. I have an Emachine (before gateway) 6509 or 11 with an ATI 9600 in it. I've installed the latest Omega driver, but had some older ones on there previously. The reason I upgraded (the old ones worked fine), is to try and make my 17" LCD the primary monitor.

The reason I'd like to do this is so my wife can play WoW.

I'd like the 17" to have WoW loaded in it and the laptop screen to have email, web browser...etc in it. Neither set of drivers allowed to this happen, and I do not know if it is even possible from a technical standpoint.

I've done a brief search and have been unable to uncover an answer.

Hey Folks,
I changed my search wording and found the answer. For those who might be looking for the answer, use the FN (function) key and find the corresponding key to switch where the laptop displays the primary stuff. On my Emachine it was FN F4.

Yay for driverheaven.net and Omega Drivers.
