ATI Mobility M6 Drivers

im having trouble installing drivers for my mobility m6 on my toshiba laptop. ive tried omega drivers but that just ended up in a blue error screen and reboots my computer so i had to uninstall it through safe mode. ive tried installing the official drivers with Mobility Modder and ive tried DH Zer0Point, they both gave me a "Direct3D functionality not available. You should verify that the driver is a final version from the hardware manufacturer." when i view dxdiag. I get a Video Test did not detect any useable videio modes when i try to run Diablo II All i want to do is play some Diablo II with new drivers because the ones on the toshiba site lags. is there any way to get updated drivers for this video card? if i reinstall the old drivers, diablo II works btw, i just dont like it because the drivers were released 06-18-2002, so the problem is not my direct x

System Specs

I had tried the Omegadrive 4.12's and they worked (may have used the Mobility Modder on them - can't remember exactly...) for the games I was playing (UT2004 and Serious Sam Second Encounter) very well. However, I experienced problems playing AVI and Mpeg videos - ran like a slideshow. The laptop is a Dell Ltitiude C610 with the Mobility Radeon M6 you have... I eventually went to Dell and grabbed their latest driverset dated May of '04 which also ran the games well and allowed for flawless playback of the videos too - those were probably based on the Cat 3.xx or 4.xx series. Have stuck with them - ATI and Dell went on and support after those driversets is spotty.

Try modding (if needed) the Omegadrive 4.12b or 4.12 sets from Here and see what you can...
