KOTOR and Omega 6.7's

Hey, I was wondering how to correct this issue I've been experiencing with Knights of the Old Republic. For some reason, when the movie cutscenes play(bik format) y seem to play windowed and up in the left hand corner of my screen. This occurred a while back many versions ago, but I don't remember which set it was nor do I remember which version corrected the issue. Any tips? What causes this issue? The version before this one does it as well. I tried during 2 fresh XP installs.

System:
Inspiron 9100
Mobile Radeon 9700 128mb
512mb ram
60 gig hd
Pentium 4 2.8
SP 2 with all updates
Patched KOTOR 1.03

Ok. I tested every version in the 5.x and 6.x Omegas released so far. It seems to do this in every version after 5.8.
