No Open GL or D3D

I have a Toshiba P35 laptop with Mobility 9000 running Windows XP S2.

Needed to update video drivers but as you know Toshiba does not support this nor ATI. I downloaded the 6.8 Cats and also the Mod Tool V4. Followed all instructions and used Driver Cleaner to put in a fresh install of Video Drivers.

After following the proceedures restarted computer only to find everything works ok except I have no Open GL or D3D when I go into control panel or if I try to run a game or some other function it tells me I have no Graphic Drivers. It shows I am running Cat 6.8 and internet and computer screens run fine but this part of drivers is missing.

Any help on what to do in order to get these portions to install correctly. I have tried uninstall and reinstall with no luck.

Any ideas.

Hello:

You will need to use modded drivers based on Catalyst 6.5 or older. Anything newer than 6.5 does not support the older ATi GPUs before the Radeon 9500 series.
