Here is a driver solution for Radeon Xpress 200M

Laptop manufacturers do not offer up to date driver solutions for the X 200M. Even that, you can install the latest official ATI catalyst without using the mod tool; you just have to go to the ATI official web page --> Drivers & Software --> Windows XP --> Motherboard with ATI Graphics. In this section you will find the drivers for the IGP Chipsets (Radeon Express 200M is an IGP chipset).
My laptop, Presario V5000, works perfectly with the latest Catalyst 6.9 Windows XP - Motherboard/IGP Drivers from the official ATI Driver & Software section.

System Specs

This looks to be new as of Sept. 20th - and the fact that your Presario laptop works with this set is encouraging. Did you have any issues during install? I would hold out a bit for comments on this set though, as these drivers are for desktop motherboards in particular - not expressly for Mobility video chips and mainboards...

Another note, the link you post won't work, but clicking according to your lead will get you there...
