Am I overclocking my MR9200 by using older omega drivers (the 5.6 cat)?

I tried to install the latest omega drivers and got the fuzzy screen thing.
From reading the forum I installed the older omega drivers. I'm concerned about the overclocking feature on the older drivers. There doesn't seem to be an option to disable overclocking on the ATI tray tools or during the install like the new drivers. Am I safe?
