Suitable Drivers For Mobility 9200

Hi, I'm very new to this driver stuff, and new the the fourms too. I was wondering if anyone could tell me which would be the most suitable latest driver for my ATI Mobility Radeon 9200. I've been reading alot of things around the internet about these updating drivers and most of them were about problems. My computer is a Sony Vaio PCG-K86P, I have searched the manufactuer site but there is no driver updates for the chip, only driver updates for other things such as bios, dvd-rw and program. I would appreciate it if anyone could help me because I'm a noob at this stuff and don't want to stuff up my computer or anything.

Thanks.

System Specs

It's hard to say which version of the Catalyst software is best for your partcular unit - but one thing to be aware of is that ATI stopped supporting your chip with the 6.5 version.

You say you are new to drivers and such, and I can say this - if you are willing to put in some time reading, you won't be a noob when you're done - and I say that not to put you off at all - you'll learn a lot...

The best thing I can suggest is to search for posts by one of our very dedicated and helpful users, Randomness, for the past three or four months or so. He has done a book's worth of research looking for the best drivers for ATI mobile video chips. Read the threads and his posts. Pay special attention to the "sticky" posts in this forum as well.

Again - you'll learn a lot, and you should get a good result.
