Hello

I got a problem with drivers (as i think). this problem was on this forum few times by now, but none of the suggestions from other threads helped. The notebook is
Compaq Presario 2800 with Mobility radeon 7500 32MB 4xAGP

I already used :
Omega drivers
Original modded drivers cat 5.3 - 6.10
tried to change settings in windows or ATIs' CCC
tried to enable acceleration in dxdiag - but the options are inactive

it seams that my radeon has turned of any DX acceleration,
for example if i try to play a game based on D3D there's an
error that tell's "Try enabling hardware acceleration"
the OpenGL works fine (UT 1024x768 max detail)

the instalation of Fallout 2 has a blue screen (not error), i can install
game (pressing <ENTER> a few times XD) i can play it,
but i can't see anything because my screen is blue XD
(now i can't even tell if it's XP compability related issue or is it
the problem with viewing 2D graphics with actual drivers)

The movies. when i play somethink it hangs a bit (when windowed)
in full screen mode the screen is pixelized, more than this i can't load subtitles
the media player classic says: "Enable the VMR7 renderless mode"....
for gods sake..... it's already enabled but it gives nothing XD

So... that are my problems XD i wanted to share them with u. Maybe u can help...
and i'll tell it one more time, i've searched this forums and tried a few things
as for now - nothing helped, so please write u're suggestions maybe something will help

ok this tread can be closed.
it was driver based problem. i found the driver via driverguide.com

if anyone have the same problems with this graphic card u can try this driver:

the file is called sp27431.exe

and it works with presario 2800 and evo n600c
