Question regarding City of Villains and xpress 200m

Hello all, I just had a couple quick qestions/comments I wanted to put before the thinktank.
I have a hp pavilion zv6100 (Notebook);
AMD 3200+ 2.0 ghz
1024 mb RAM
100 gig HD
128 xpress 200m (dedicated, I jumped it to 256 shared in the BIOS)
I'm running, ATI Omega Drivers, Rightmark CPU clock, and Powerstrip video card overclocking.
I haven't had any trouble running games such as WoW (medium settings) F.E.A.R. (meduim settings) or Guild Wars. I've been able to get decent settings with good fps. Whenever I run City of Villains however, everything drops to rock-bottom. I set the lowest settings and my fps is still in the toilet. The City of Villains website does note;

"While the ATI™ Radeon® Xpress 200 is a supported video card and does run the game, you will encounter low performance while using this card. Please try the following steps to ensure that your system is running at its optimal performance level."

I understand that CoV was built on nVidia graphics, and runs the best on an nVidia card, but I'm stuck with what I got. Is there any type of nVidia wrapper out there, or any other possible solutions? Or am I pretty much SOL.

Thanks in advance for any help.
