Acceleration problem

Hi, I have found a problem that i wasn't able to fix after installing Omega 6.5 for my Mobility Radeon 9200 64mb.

After installing i noticed that my winows blinds skin wasn't transparent where its suppose to be anymore. After searching for problem, i found that in WindowsFX it said that Constant Alpha Blending and Per Pixel Alpha Blending was not accelerated by these drivers. Unerneath that it says: The drivers report they do not support the APIs required by WindowsFX 2. With my old drivers installed, (Cat 4.7), WindowsFX said that it was fully supported with my drivers.
Does anyone know how to enable this acceleration stuff? or should i just revert back to my old drivers or some other ones? Help would be appreicieted. Thanks.

I found something else, in the direct x diagnostic tool window, the agp texture acceleration is greyed out saying Not Avalible. Previouly is was enabled.
