Is this program safe?

I wana use Catalyst 6.1 on my laptop but it says that windows dose not reconmend it is this program safe or will i screw up my laptop?

Are you considering using the official ATI Catalyst 6.1 or a modified version? Also, exactly what make and model of laptop are you considering installing the video driverset on?

Safe is truly a relative term... If you want advice and assistance on installation and use of a video driverset (among many things...) on your laptop, we're here to do what we can to help you.
