Want to buy a Mobility Radeon 9700 128MB

I have a Dell Inspirion 9100 with a Mobility Radeon 9700 64 MB I use to DJ with. I want to get into music videos but need more vid memory. Is there anywhere else I might be able to purchase these cards other than Dell? I'd really like the 9800 256 MB but that sucker is pricey!
