How Do I Check Which Graphic Card My Laptops running???

This laptop was given to me and ive been doing some work on it to get it running right but cant figure out which Mobility M6 card is in this laptop and what its Radeon card equivelent is. Any help would be greatly apreciated so that i can get the updated drivers

Ok i checked around and this computer should of come with a ATI M6-P i think thats 32mb. Which drivers should i get for this card? Im trying to run NFS Underground and Underground 2 on a Gateway P4 XP 2.0ghz with that graphic card and after playing for a little bit the game freezes then a blue screen pops up and laptop reboots itself.

right click on my computer goto proerties > Hardware > device manager > Display Adapters ...... should tell you what you have

and for that card if it is an ATI the latest Mobility drivers from ati.com should sort you
