Mobility Radeon and Vista

Hi,

I installed Vista Ultimate 32bit on my older Sony PCG-Z1 laptop (Centrino, 1.5GHz, 1GB Ram, i855pm Chipset, Mobility Radeon 16MB graphics).
The Microsoft Mobility-Radeon driver works well for internet and office in 2D, but no hardware acceleration is visible (dxdiag). So Google-Earth etc. runs in software-emulation mode quite slow.

The official ATI Vista drivers do not support this chip anymore and the older Omega driver for XP don't work.

Any Ideas how to solve this problem? (yes, I know that this chip doesnt support AERO and yes I did install the newest chipset drivers from intel).
