updating to the latest ATI drivers, problem though!

i have an inspiron 9100 that came with an ATI mobility 9700 graphix card w/ 64mb ram. i used the driver CD that came with the notebook when i formatted it, but sluggish performance when coming out of stand-by / hibeernation is leading me to update every drivr i can.

i downloaded the latest catalyst drivers from ATI's site, but they wont install despite the site telling me that this IS the driver package i need. my setup is as follows:

p4 3ghz cpu
512mb ddr400 ram
60gig hard drive
dvd/cdrw combo drive
15.4 widescreen display

if you need more details i can post my service tag number. im not sure if the system being sluggish after it comes back from sleeping or hibernation is driver-related or not. any input is appreciated.
