ati2dvag.dll help!!!

Hi,
if anyone could help me with issue I would be grateful. Already googled for the solution, but changing "cpu to agp" setting to pci-to-pci bridge only makes it worse.

The problem is when I install any driver on my laptop (WinXP), just after restart SMARTGART reduces hardware acc. to next to lowest setting. After I increase it after next restart the screen just goes black, while os loads. It stays that way or displays BSOD ati2dvag-infinite loop. Also tried disabling fast writes, but no success.

Help!!!
