Secondlife & VIsta & Ati mob rad x1300

hello,
i have just bought a notebook and i would like to play secondlife.
Notebook Acer Asp. 5100 + ati mob radeon x1300 + vista.

in starting sl it says that the game doest not support the vcard...

i ve tryied to update the vcard from Ati but there is not,
so i have tryied from acer but still nothing.
so i got here.
i ve tryied this here:

but i was not able to make it out.
i am not very good in this stuff.
is there any angel who can help me explaining it better to me?
