Force Screen Resolution (PLEASE!)

I have just downloaded the new Catalyst 7.5 drivers for my ATI Mobility Radeon X700.
Everything is working fine except that the resolution is too high and there is no other resolution with the proper aspect ratio!

In the X700 drivers for PC and no the mobility ones there is the option for the resolution of 1440x900, that is just perfect! But in the mobility version these resolution is not available

So here is the deal, is there any application or someway to force the 1440x900 resolution? 1680x1050 make everything too small in a 15' display....
