Hi and welcome to DriverHeaven!

First could you give us more information about the error and second could you tell what version of ATi drivers you are using?

We also need some information about your PC. Give us the rundown on the specs, please, including CPU, RAM, OS, Motherboard, Video Card, etc.

(EDIT: I see only Windows XP; Mobility Video card)

Is your Windows completely updated including at least .NET Framework 2.0?

Additionally, this is posted in the wrong forum. So, it's being moved to the correct forum.

I recently ran into a similar problem, I ended up installing the seperate components of the control panel. It did seem to work after that.
