Problem with mobility radeon x700

Hello,
I need your's help.
I have barebone laptop and radeon mobility x700 (Pci-e x16 ) 128 mb video card. When I install drivers I have this problem http://images.bite.lt/banga/files/cl...033f01d09b.jpg .
When I do this http://images.bite.lt/banga/files/cl...e4cc01fa94.jpg (this screen captured with other laptop, so don't look to nvidia ) , the desktop works normaly. But when i want to play game or when i working with autocad and want to render 3d - i see this lines (but more) again...
Can I do something? I try to install new OS, change 2 HDD , but picture is same. Votage normaly, temp normaly. VRAM 128 / free 128 mb.
What about some firewire upgrade? Or may this happing if video card is not very good inserted?

Sorry for my english. I am noob in this
Thanks

System Specs

I have the similar problem with mine card too. Its also mobility radeon x700. When I wanna play, lets say soccer there is hundreds of lines from every head on the pitch, when I wanna watch tv a picture goes crazy (the whole picture converts to little cubes hundreds of them). Also I noticed that when I`m turning on my windows (xp pro) on the first screen of it, on the logo of xp there are two vertical lines.
