Problems with Radeon HD 2400 XT in Acer TravelMate 5720G

Hello to everybody,

I have a laptop Acer TravelMate 5720G, Vista OS, and I can´t make the Ati Mobility Radeon HD 2400 XT HiperMemory work safter re-installing Vista.
I downloaded the drivers from Acer Website, but the GPU never works.My system saids that I have a VGA Standard Graphic Card.

Any help in how to make the system works with the GPU I really have.
