ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 Omega Drivers 1280x800

Hello,
I'm having a problem with the Omega drivers i've recently installed on my Laptop.

Whenever i play a game in a screen resolution like 800x600 it shows the game in full screen but with black borders (because my screen is 1280x800). Is there a possibility to stretch the screen (even if it isn't 1280x800)?

In other words:
The game shows up in het resolution selected, but not stretched.
