Sad Cannot delete ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 drivers

Need help with deleting/removing ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 drivers.

Sony GRX690 Laptop
Windows XP SP3
ATI Mobility Radeon 7500

I ran the following in cmd:
------
C:\WINDOWS>del ati*.* /s
Deleted file - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ati2cqag.dll
Deleted file - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ati2dvag.dll
Deleted file - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ati3d1ag.dll
Deleted file - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ati3duag.dll
Deleted file - C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\ati2cqag.dll
Deleted file - C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\ati2dvag.dll
Deleted file - C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\ati3d1ag.dll
Deleted file - C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\ati3duag.dll

C:\WINDOWS>del ati*.* /s
Deleted file - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ati2cqag.dll
Deleted file - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ati2dvag.dll
Deleted file - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ati3d1ag.dll
Deleted file - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ati3duag.dll
Deleted file - C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\ati2cqag.dll
Deleted file - C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\ati2dvag.dll
Deleted file - C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\ati3d1ag.dll
Deleted file - C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\ati3duag.dll
--------

Please notice that I ran that twice, and the files keep coming back.

I could run it over and over and they all keep coming back. HELP!
How to get rid of it? I tried DriverCleaner and same thing. I could
run the "Start" cleaning over and over and those files kept getting
deleted and some registries also, but they come back.

Any ideas?

Thanks much.

ps: The problem was because I run online games and kept getting
BSOD, so I would like to remove the ATI driver and re-install it, then
this problem occured, cannot remove the driver.
