Mobility Radeon 9000 <Help Me>

Hi, my very first post. I hope that doesn't deter anyone.

Anyway, I play World of Warcraft and with the latest patch my graphics crash constantly. So I was told to install a DH Mobility mod, some Catalyst drivers and the .NET Framework 2.0. When installing all these I really don't know where to start.

Now, my question is ( I am very computer illiterate) how do I install these and get everything working? This will be my first undertaking of doing something to my laptop on my own so I am pretty nervous about it. Any and all tips/help will be VERY appreciated.

Thank you!
Yes I did read it. I followed the instructions, I modified the file, it said it was modified successful and gave me the option to close, I did. Then the last step says "Install and enjoy your new drivers" do I install from the icon on my desktop or should I be installing from somewhere else?

EDIT: Sorry that didn't seem right. What I am asking is, do I install from the catalyst driver icon that is on my desktop or do I manually go into My Computer < ATI < Support, I figured if I did it from the desktop it would overwrite the files that I modified? Or...did I skip something and not download the Catalyst driver yet? Argh

I see... You did the part 6??

6: In Vista, go to C:\ATI\SUPPORT\7-4_vista32_dd_ccc_enu_44985 (Or whatever the driver installation folder was called), and run the SETUP.EXE. Please note you might see a "Driver is not WHQL certified", ignore this, as it is a side effect of the modification.
For XP the path name is different and if you have different newest version of the drivers then it should start like "8_3_*OS*

When I run the mod tool and it modifies the driver will it automatically run the install setup for the driver?
EDIT: Should my Catalyst Control center have already been installed before I ran the mod tool?
